NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement VI (SEWP VI) is a 10-year, Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) designed to provide federal agencies with streamlined access to IT products, solutions, and mission-based services. Ping Wind has been selected as an awardee in SEWP VI Category C - IT Mission-Based Services, positioning the company to compete for task orders supporting complex, mission-critical IT requirements across the federal government.

With the SEWP VI award, PingWind expands its portfolio of government-wide acquisition vehicles and provides federal customers another flexible, streamlined pathway to acquire secure, scalable, and innovative technology and mission-support services.

IT and IT services-based solutions, including AI, cybersecurity, cloud, software development, systems engineering, IT operations, digital transformation, and enterprise modernization.

FAIR OPPORTUNITY

NASA SEWP VI is a multi-award Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). Fair Opportunity applies to orders placed under multiple-award contracts in accordance with FAR 16.505(b).

FAR 16.505(b) (1) provides that each contractor shall be given fair opportunity to be considered for each order exceeding $10,000 and issued under multiple award contracts. The FAR states that the method to obtain fair opportunity is at the discretion of Contracting Officer (CO) and that the CO must document the rationale for placement and price of each order. Using the SEWP online Quote Request Tool is the recommended method to assist in this activity and to augment the required decision documentation. The SEWP Quote Request Tool (QRT) will automatically include the Contract Holders within a selected Group or based on a suggested source.
