Stephanie Lani McVitty - Chairwoman of Akeanoeau Keliipio Native Hawaiian Organization and President of Ailani Hawaiian Federal

Stephanie is a seasoned leader dedicated to uplifting Native Hawaiian communities through technology and innovation. With over 30 years of experience in federal contracting, IT, and cybersecurity, she specializes in ICAM, risk management, and strategic growth. A longtime director of her family’s foundation, she has a strong background in sales, marketing, and organizational development. Known for her integrity and vision, she continues to drive community engagement and industry innovation. She holds a Bachelor's in Business with a focus on Organizational Psychology from George Mason University.

Christopher P. Cronin - CEO of Ailani Management Group

As CEO of AMG, Christopher oversees multiple facets of the organization, including managed services for Ailani Hawaiian subsidiaries. He leads strategic planning, operating company presidents, and leadership teams to ensure growth and profitability. With 25 years in government contracting, he has held executive roles at various Native Hawaiian, Tribal, and Alaskan Native 8(a) firms. He collaborates with the Akeanoeau Keliipio NHO to support Native Hawaiian communities. A former Marine, he holds a Bachelor's in Management of Information Systems from The Catholic University of America and has expertise in federal contracting, compliance, and business development.

Jeff Vigne - Executive Vice President at PingWind

Jeff has over 30 years of leadership in business forecasting, marketing, strategic analysis, and federal capture management. He has held executive roles at Exeter Government Services, STG Inc., and DSTI, specializing in team building and process management for federal and defense agencies. A journalism graduate from the University of Southern California, he serves on the Board of Directors for the NIH Friends of the Clinical Center. He has received the COL Robert L. Manning Achievement Award and was commissioned a Kentucky Colonel in 2022 by Governor Andy Beshear.
